Explanation of Responses:

1. On August 6, 2024, Anna Lucsok, sold an aggregate of 16,792 shares of common stock in open market transactions at a price per share equal to $8.01. The price per share equal to $8.01 represents the weighted average sales price for the shares. Upon request by the Commission, the Issuer or the Reporting Person shall provide full information regarding the number of shares sold at each separate price.

2. On August 7, 2024, Anna Lucsok, sold an aggregate of 8,083 shares of common stock in open market transactions at a price per share equal to $8.03. The price per share equal to $8.03 represents the weighted average sales price for the shares. Upon request by the Commission, the Issuer or the Reporting Person shall provide full information regarding the number of shares sold at each separate price.
