Explanation of Responses:

1. Grant of 52,678 restricted share units ("RSUs"). Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive one ordinary share of the Issuer. The RSUs vest in 33% increments on the three anniversaries of the vesting commencement date of February 18, 2026.

2. Represents shares held by AI PAVE (Luxembourg) Management & Cy S.C.Sp. for the benefit of the reporting person subject to vesting under the applicable award agreement.
