1. This transaction was effected pursuant to a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan adopted by the Reporting Person on behalf of VCF Trust on January 8, 2026.

2. The reported price in Column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $70.00 to $70.17 per share, inclusive.
