Board Declares Fourth Quarter 2022 Dividend of $0.23 Per Share of Common Stock

The Board of Directors of Chimera announced the declaration of its fourth quarter cash dividend of $0.23 per share of common stock. The dividend is payable January 31, 2023 to shareholders of record on December 30, 2022. The ex-dividend date is December 29, 2022.
