Effective November 6, 2024, Mr. Zhibiao Pan resigned as Co-Chief Executive Officer of China Green Agriculture Inc., a corporation incorporated in the State of Nevada (the “Company”). The Board of Directors (the “Board”) accepted Mr. Pan’s resignation. Mr. Pan’s resignation did not result from any disagreement with the Company.
