Item 8.01 Other Events.

On July 3, 2024, Cineverse Corp. (the “Company”) was notified by The Nasdaq Stock Market (“Nasdaq”) that the Company is in compliance with applicable Nasdaq Listing Rules, after the end of the previously-announced “Panel Monitor” as that term is defined by Nasdaq Listing Rule 5815(d)(4)(A) on July 1, 2024.
