Item 8.01	Other Events.

On October 21, 2024, Cineverse Corp. (the “Company”) was notified by The Nasdaq Stock Market (“Nasdaq”) that the Company has regained compliance with the $1.00 bid price requirement for continued listing on The Nasdaq Capital Market.
