Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

On December 28, 2021, CĪON Investment Corporation issued a press release announcing that it has formed CION/EagleTree Partners, LLC, an off-balance sheet joint investment entity with an affiliate of EagleTree Capital, LP. A copy of the press release announcing the foregoing is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
