OAKLAND, Calif., Feb. 25, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- The Clorox Company (NYSE:CLX) announced today that its board of directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $1.22 per share on the company's common stock. The dividend is payable May 9, 2025, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on April 23, 2025.
