1. Represents the number of shares of Class A Common Stock issued to the Reporting Person pursuant to an award of restricted stock units under the Issuer's 2020 Long Term Incentive Plan. The award vests in equal annual installments on each of February 14, 2026, 2027, 2028 and 2029, subject to the Reporting Person's continued employment through the applicable vesting date.
