Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On December 17, 2024, Cohen & Steers, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the appointment of Jon Cheigh, Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer, as the Company’s President, effective January 1, 2025. Mr. Cheigh succeeds Joseph Harvey, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer and a member of its Board of Directors. Mr. Harvey served as the Company’s President since 2003 and will continue to serve as its Chief Executive Officer and a member of its Board of Directors.
