Item 8.01 Other Events.
On May 13, 2024, Columbia Banking System, Inc., parent company of Umpqua Bank, announced its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly cash dividend in the amount of $0.36 per common share. The dividend is payable June 10, 2024, to shareholders of record as of May 24, 2024. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety.
