On May 8, 2025, Brian S. Goldman provided notification of his resignation as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer of Comerica Incorporated (“Comerica”) in order to pursue another opportunity, effective May 23, 2025. Mr. Goldman’s resignation was not the result of any disagreement with Comerica or Comerica’s Board of Directors. Comerica is initiating a search for a permanent Chief Risk Officer. Beginning on May 23, 2025, Melinda A. Chausse, Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer of Comerica, will additionally serve as Chief Risk Officer on an interim basis.
