Explanation of Responses:

1. Represents RSUs granted to the reporting person pursuant to the Issuer's 2021 Equity Incentive Plan. The RSUs will vest in three equal annual installments beginning on January 27, 2025, subject to the reporting person's continued qualifying service. One share of the Issuer's common stock will be issued for each RSU upon vesting.
