(the “Company”) posted to its website, sunpower.com, information provided to certain investors who have agreed to purchase the Company’s 7.00% Convertible Senior Notes due 2029 (the “Notes”) in connection with the Company’s agreement to acquire Sunder Energy LLC (the “Presentation”).
