On July 5, 2022, Irwin Gotlieb notified comScore, Inc. (the “Company”) of his resignation from the Board of Directors of the Company, effective immediately. Such resignation was not as a result of any disagreement with the Company known to an executive officer of the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, practices or policies.
