Comstock Holding Companies, Inc. Created by Northern Virginia restaurateur Reese Gardner - known for Arlington favorites like Copperwood Tavern, The Pinemoor, and Brass Rabbit – Juleps Kentucky Tavern will bring the welcoming spirit and rich culinary heritage of the Bluegrass State to Loudoun County. With a warm, wood-accented interior, spacious bar, and communal seating, the concept is designed to accommodate both casual dining and larger groups.
