On January 14, 2025, Concrete Pumping Holdings, Inc. announced that its Board of Directors has declared a special, one-time cash dividend of $1.00 per share of common stock (the “Special Dividend”). The Special Dividend will be paid on or about February 3, 2025 to shareholders of record as of January 24, 2025.
