On August 07, 2024, Conduent Incorporated ("Registrant") released its second quarter 2024 earnings and is furnishing to the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "Commission") a copy of the earnings press release as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K (this "Report") under Item 2.02 of Form 8-K.
The information contained in Item 2.02 of this Report and in Exhibit 99.1 shall not be deemed “filed” with the Commission for purposes of Section 18 of the Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, or otherwise subject to the liability of that section.
