On April 2, 2025, ConnectM Technology Solutions, Inc. (“ConnectM” or the “Company”) issued a press release announcing a $1.60 per share buyout offer from its three largest institutional investors. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference in this Item 7.01.
