On September 23, 2025, ConnectM Technology Solutions, Inc., (the “Company”) issued a press release disclosing that the Company has recently filed its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for Q2 2025 and which includes selected financial results for Q2 2025. The press release is included as exhibit 99.1 hereto.
