On October 21, 2025, Construction Partners, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing certain preliminary financial results for the fiscal year ended September 30, 2025 and a preliminary outlook for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2026. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K (this “Current Report”) and is incorporated by reference herein.
