Explanation of Responses:

1. 91 shares were withheld @ $52.50 per share to cover tax liability on 250 restricted shares vesting.

2. 2,687 shares are held in an account at Computershare, which have upcoming vesting dates. 118 shares are dividend reinvested shares for a total of 2,805.

3. 1,582 shares consisting of 1,432 shares held in an account at Shareworks, and 150 shares held in a brokerage account.
