1. The price reported in Column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $58.60 to $59.16, inclusive. The reporting person undertakes to provide the issuer, any security holder of the issuer, or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares sold at each separate price within the ranges set forth in this footnote (1).

2. On February 20, 2024, the reporting person filed a Form 4 which incorrectly reported the number of securities owned following the reported transaction, and incorrectly reported the nature of this transaction as an acquisition rather than a disposition.

3. The price reported in Column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $57.60 to $57.95, inclusive.
