Item 7.01			Regulation FD Disclosure.

On February 7, 2022, CorEnergy Infrastructure Trust, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that its Board of Directors declared a fourth quarter 2021 dividend of $0.05 per share for the Company’s common stock and a dividend of $0.4609375 per depositary share for the Company’s 7.375% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock. Each such dividend will be payable on February 28, 2022, to shareholders of record on February 14, 2022.

The Company also announced that it will report earnings results for its fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2021 and will host a related conference call on Monday, March 14, 2022 at 10:00 am Central Time to discuss its financial results.
