PAH is a debilitating disease potentially driven by imbalanced signaling of the transforming growth factor-beta ("TGF-β") family of proteins, with no treatments available that halt or reverse the disease's progression.

TROPOS is a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, global Phase 2 clinical trial to evaluate KER-012 in combination with background therapy in patients with PAH.
