On April 29, 2021, Covetrus, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that Laura J. Phillips, the Company’s Chief Accounting Officer, will be retiring from the Company effective August 15, 2021.

The Company has initiated a search to identify and recruit a candidate to fill this position.
