    On May 16, 2024, Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) that provides an update on the Company’s strategic business transformation plan and announces changes to the Company’s capital allocation. The Press Release also provides an update on the Company’s performance in its fiscal 2024 third quarter and on the Company’s outlook for the remainder of fiscal 2024.
