Item 8.01			Other Events

On May 24, 2021, Crane Co. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing, among other things, its entry into an agreement to divest its Engineered Materials segment, and the renaming of its Fluid Handling segment to Process Flow Technologies. The release also provided an updated growth forecast for the Company’s Aerospace & Electronics segment and additional details regarding its upcoming Investor Conference. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
