ATLANTA, Feb. 12, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On February 11, 2021, at its regular quarterly meeting, the Board of Directors of Crawford & Company declared a quarterly dividend of $0.06 per share on the Class A Common Stock and $0.06 per share on the Class B Common Stock, payable on March 12, 2021, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on February 26, 2021. This is an increase of $0.01 per share from the previous quarter.
