Resignation of Director

On September 21, 2022, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Creatd, Inc. (the “Company”) received notice from Brad Justus of his resignation as a member of the Board, chair of the Nominating & Corporate Governance Committee, a member of the Audit Committee and a member of the Compensation Committee, with such resignation to become effective on September 30, 2022. Such resignation is not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
