On July 8, 2021, LiveVox Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) provided supplemental financial information related to the Company’s historical quarterly and annual results for fiscal 2019 and 2020 and quarterly results for fiscal 2021 and certain other information. The Company believes this provides investors with useful supplemental financial information regarding the Company’s underlying business trends and the performance of the Company’s ongoing operations.
