Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On May 5, 2025, CRH public limited company (the ‘Company’) issued a press release announcing the financial results of the Company for the fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2025. A copy of the announcement is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
The Company will host an earnings conference call and webcast presentation to discuss its quarterly results on May 6, 2025 at 8:00 a.m. (EDT). Investors and members of the public can register for the conference call at www.crh.com/investors.
