On August 7, 2025, Crinetics Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company” or “Crinetics”) issued a press release reporting its financial results for the period ended June 30, 2025. The full text of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
