Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

On November 22, 2021, CRISPR Therapeutics AG (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration granted Regenerative Medicine Advanced Therapy (RMAT) designation to CTX110^TM, a healthy donor-derived gene-edited allogeneic CAR-T investigational therapy targeting cluster of differentiation 9, for the treatment of relapsed or refractory B-cell malignancies. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
