Critical Metal Corps Strengthens Management Team With Appointment of Mathias Barfod as President of Greenland Operations

NEW YORK, Aug. 12, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Critical Metals Corp. (NASDAQ:CRML) ("Critical Metals Corp" or the "Company"), a leading critical minerals mining company, today announced the appointment of Mathias Barfod as the Company's President of Greenland Operations, a newly formed role. He will report directly to Tony Sage, the CEO and Executive Chairman of Critical Metals Corp.

Mr. Barfod is based in Greenland and has more than a decade of experience within the mineral resource sector in Greenland. As President of Greenland Operations, he will support the scale up efforts of the Tanbreez Project and will oversee relations with the Greenland community.

Prior to that he worked for the mineral resource authority in Greenland where he was focused on guiding mineral resources companies with regard to community relations in Greenland and Greenlandic regulations. Mr. Barfod has a master's degree in political science from the University of Copenhagen.
