(b) On February 20, 2025, Ari Fitzgerald and Cindy Christy, non-employee directors of Crown Castle Inc. ("Company"), each notified the Company of their decision not to stand for re-election as a director nominee of the Company at its 2025 annual meeting of stockholders, currently scheduled for May 21, 2025 ("2025 Annual Meeting").

Each of Mr. Fitzgerald and Ms. Christy is expected to continue serving as a director of the Company until the 2025 Annual Meeting.
