Other Information.

Sidney Kirschner, a director of Crown Crafts, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), since 2001, passed away on February 21, 2023 at the age of 88. Mr. Kirschner had served as a member of the Audit, Compensation, and Nominating and Governance Committees of the Company’s Board of Directors.
