On April 18, 2023, Eightco Holdings Inc. (f/k/a Cryptyde, Inc.)(NASDAQ: OCTO)(the “Company”) received a written notice from The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC stating that since the Company’s common stock closing bid price had closed above $1 from the dates of April 4, 2023 to April 18, 2023, the Company had regained compliance with Listing Rule 5550(a)(2).
