Departure of Anthony H. Meadows as Chief Operating Officer

On September 30, 2022, Anthony H. Meadows resigned as chief operating officer of Cuentas, Inc. (the “Company”). The Company is negotiating a settlement agreement with Mr. Meadows and may enter into a consulting agreement with Mr. Meadows to complete certain projects that Mr. Meadows was working on prior to his resignation.
