On February 8, 2022, Cummins Inc. (“Cummins,” “the Company,” “the registrant,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) elected Jennifer Rumsey, its President and Chief Operating Officer, as a director of the Company. Ms. Rumsey, as an employee director, will not receive separate compensation for her service on the Board of Directors of the Company.
