Item 8.01 Other Events
During the second quarter of 2025 through the date of this report, Curiosity, Inc., the wholly owned subsidiary of CuriosityStream, Inc. (the "Company"), entered into new third-party agreements, which the Company expects will generate more than $7 million in revenue.
