Item 8.01 Other Events
On May 08, 2025, the Board of Directors of CuriosityStream Inc. (the “Company”) declared a special cash dividend of $0.10 per share on its common stock. This special dividend is in addition to the Company’s regular quarterly dividend and reflects the Board's confidence in the Company's financial position and future prospects.
The special dividend is payable on June 27, 2025, to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 13, 2025.
A copy of the press release announcing the special dividend is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
