On March 17, 2022, Custom Truck One Source, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release (attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1) announcing that members of its senior management will present at the Sidoti Spring 2022 Small Cap Virtual Conference on Wednesday, March 23, 2022. The presentation is scheduled to begin at 11:30 a.m. Eastern Time. Such presentations may include a discussion of the Company's business, financial performance and forward-looking information.
