On June 26, 2024 Daktronics Inc. (the “Registrant”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the three and twelve months ended April 27, 2024 of fiscal 2024. A copy of the press release is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
