On February 13, 2026, Dauch Corporation, (the “Company” or “Dauch”) issued a press release regarding Dauch's financial results for the fourth quarter and full year 2025. Dauch also provided its full year 2026 financial outlook. A copy of this press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1.
