    Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
    On June 2, 2025, Centerspace (the “Company”) issued a press release related to its property portfolio activity. A copy of that press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference. Also June 2, 2025, the Company released an investor presentation. A copy of that investor presentation is furnished as Exhibit 99.2 and incorporated herein by reference.

    Item 8.01 Other Events.
    As previously disclosed, on September 30, 2021, Centerspace, LP (the “Operating Partnership”), an indirect subsidiary of the Company, entered into the Third Amended and Restated Credit Agreement (as amended, the “Facility”) among the Operating Partnership, each of the guarantors, including the Company, the lenders from time to time party thereto, and Bank of Montreal, as administrative agent (the “Agent”). The Facility has total commitments and borrowing capacity of up to $250.0 million and an accordion option to increase borrowing capacity up to $400.0 million.
    On May 29, 2025, the Operating Partnership and Agent agreed to increase the borrowing capacity by $150 million pursuant to the accordion option. Following the increase, the Facility has total commitments and borrowing capacity of up to $400 million.
