Shareholders approved all proposed resolutions
DBV Technologies (TRQX:DBVp), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company (the "Company"), held its Combined General Meeting (the "General Meeting"). The General Meeting was chaired by Michel de Rosen, Chairman of the Company.
