On August 31, 2022, Designer Brands Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing its consolidated financial results for the quarter ended July 30, 2022. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated by reference herein. The Company also posted an infographic, dated August 31, 2022, on the "Investors" section of its investor relations website (investors.designerbrands.com/investor-relations).
