BETHESDA, Md., Nov. 13, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- DiamondRock Hospitality Company (the "Company") today announced it will voluntarily transfer the listing of its Class A Common Stock to Nasdaq from the New York Stock Exchange ("NYSE"). The Company expects its common stock to begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on December 1, 2025, under its existing "DRH" symbol.
